Role Overview

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the daily flow of housekeeping operations at the Doha property. This position helps keep room-status information current, organizes room allocations, and works closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to make sure guest rooms are prepared and handled on time.

Key Duties

  • Review room reports, check room conditions, identify mismatches, and prioritize cleaning for departing guest rooms.
  • Assist housekeeping leadership with everyday operational tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Track and resolve room discrepancies with the Front Desk.
  • Prepare and hand out room assignments to housekeeping staff.
  • Maintain an updated record of rooms marked “Do Not Disturb.”
  • Make sure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned within the required timeframe and manage rush rooms and rooms returning from the “Do Not Disturb” list.
  • Complete all required housekeeping paperwork accurately.
