Description de l'emploi
Role overview
The Cooler Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing cooling equipment while keeping performance high, customers satisfied, and all work aligned with safety and quality expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Transport, install, and monitor cooler relocation activities, including related stock and inventory tracking.
- Carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling units.
- Address customer issues promptly and in line with company service standards.
- Maintain accurate records for maintenance activities, inventory usage, and spare parts.
- Work closely with the Sales team to complete service requests and EWOs.
- Handle coolers and spare parts carefully while following safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications and technical expectations
A Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is required. The role calls for hands-on knowledge of cooling system installation, maintenance, and repairs, along with the ability to diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment effectively. Awareness of safety procedures and hazardous materials handling is also essential. Strong attention to detail, communication, adaptability, teamwork, problem solving, and time management are important for success in this position.
