Position Overview
Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College (Autonomous) in Visakhapatnam is looking for a Controller of Examinations to lead and manage the entire examination function.
Core Duties
- Take charge of planning, coordinating, and supervising all exam and assessment-related operations.
- Prepare examination timetables, manage question paper handling, and arrange hall ticket issuance.
- Oversee the orderly and fair conduct of examinations while protecting exam confidentiality and integrity.
- Lead the valuation process, coordinate result preparation, and ensure results are released on time.
- Maintain academic records, issue certifications, manage revaluation requests, and address student concerns.
- Make sure all activities follow the rules and academic policies applicable to autonomous institutions.
- Drive examination improvements and support the adoption of technology-based systems and processes.
Eligibility
- A master's degree in a relevant field is required; a Ph.D. will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in examination administration, academic governance, or higher education leadership is expected.
- Strong abilities in organization, leadership, and communication are necessary.
