Role overview
Abunayyan Holding’s subsidiary, DCT, is hiring a Contract Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on handling the full contract workflow to keep agreements accurate, organized, and aligned with internal standards.
What you will do
- Draft, examine, and refine contracts along with supporting documents.
- Work closely with different internal teams to gather contract inputs and clarify requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and clients on contract-related matters.
- Confirm that agreements meet company policies and procedural requirements.
- Keep contract files, records, and documentation well organized and up to date.
- Compile contract status updates and reports whenever needed.
Experience and knowledge required
The role calls for 3 to 4 years of experience in procurement or contract management, along with a solid grasp of procurement and contract processes.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, supply chain, or a related discipline is required.
