About the Role

The Contract Administrator will oversee the complete lifecycle of Long-Term Manpower Contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and efficient management of manpower needs. This role involves close collaboration with end-users, contractors, and recruitment agencies to facilitate manpower planning, sourcing, documentation, and performance monitoring.
