About the Role
The Contract Administrator will oversee the complete lifecycle of Long-Term Manpower Contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and efficient management of manpower needs. This role involves close collaboration with end-users, contractors, and recruitment agencies to facilitate manpower planning, sourcing, documentation, and performance monitoring. Maintaining strict confidentiality, accuracy, and delivering exceptional service are paramount. The position requires the ability to work effectively under pressure, manage documentation promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track manpower plans, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Oversee contract and manpower administration, including sourcing and recruitment coordination.
- Maintain accurate data management and generate comprehensive reports.
- Coordinate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
Contracting Knowledge
- Possess a foundational understanding of various contract types, specifically service and manpower supply agreements.
- Be familiar with the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation through execution to closure.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and methods for tracking vendor performance.
- Have exposure to commercial terms, including rates, invoicing procedures, managing variations, and applying penalties.
