Overview

Haven is hiring a full-time, permanent Park & Financial Safety Advisor based in Tenby, Wales. This role sits at the centre of park safety, operational compliance, and financial control, helping teams deliver a high standard of service for guests and owners.

The ideal candidate will bring energy, confidence, and experience in safety and compliance, along with a strong focus on improving both operational and financial standards across the park.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, guide, and assist park teams so they consistently meet safety and financial compliance expectations.
  • Make sure employees and contractors have the right qualifications and complete proper site inductions.
  • Work with different departments to create and keep up to date risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and compliance checks.
  • Manage documentation and inspections for statutory examination assets and fleet vehicles so all legal obligations are met.
  • Help investigate incidents, accidents, and claims by collecting evidence and preparing clear reports.
  • Carry out internal audits covering financial compliance, stock control, cash handling, and safety procedures.
  • Provide coaching and training to park teams on safety, stock management, and financial compliance processes.
  • Support compliance visits from outside organisations such as local councils, fire services, and environmental health officers.
  • Partner with park leadership on energy-saving measures and recycling initiatives.
  • Take part in weekly and monthly leadership meetings and share updates on safety, financial compliance, and priority actions.

Requirements

  • IOSH Managing Safely and Level 3 Food Hygiene are preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of safety compliance, risk assessments, and financial auditing.
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and communication abilities.
  • Confidence in coaching and training teams.
  • Previous exposure to working with contractors and regulatory or enforcement bodies.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
