Role Overview
We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits specialist who is comfortable working with data to uncover insights, improve workflows, and inform business decisions. This role combines analytical work with hands-on administration to help keep reward and benefits programmes operating effectively.
The right person will enjoy both interpreting trends and handling the operational details that support day-to-day HR delivery. A mindset focused on improvement, accuracy, and practical execution is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Review compensation, benefits, and manpower expense data to support decision-making.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and management-level insights.
- Coordinate employee benefits and maintain vendor partnerships.
- Support process optimisation and enhancements to HR systems.
- Ensure alignment with company policies and applicable statutory obligations.
Candidate Profile
- A degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong ability to analyse information and solve problems effectively.
- Capable of staying resilient, adaptable, and organised when managing several priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills with solid stakeholder management ability.
