Role Overview
Midea Europe is hiring a Chief of Staff to help steer group-wide priorities, keep execution on track, and strengthen coordination between central leadership and local teams across the organisation.
What You Will Do
Strategic planning and operational delivery
- Assist the management team by bringing structure to priorities and helping drive the group’s key agenda items forward.
- Build analyses, business cases, and clear recommendations to support executive choices.
- Monitor decisions, commitments, and follow-up actions so that execution stays on schedule.
Coordination across entities
- Serve as the central link between group management and local leadership teams.
- Track progress on aligned initiatives across roughly 30 legal entities and create visibility on status.
- Help coordinate important operational topics including budgeting, planning, reporting, and major initiatives.
Legal, compliance, and regulatory coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional projects that have legal, compliance, or regulatory implications.
- Work as a connector between Legal, Finance, and business teams to keep everyone aligned and reduce risk.
Your Background
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a similar discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or corporate strategy.
- Exposure to senior management or C-level stakeholders is a strong advantage.
Skills and working style
- Strong ability to analyse information and organise complex topics clearly.
- Dependable execution mindset with strong follow-through.
- Good project management skills.
- Well-developed organisational habits and strong attention to detail.
- Comfort managing several workstreams at the same time.
Personal qualities
- Practical, proactive, and focused on solutions.
- Quick learner with curiosity and a strong sense of ownership.
- Trusted to handle sensitive matters with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-moving and occasionally ambiguous environment.

Languages and mobility
- Fluency in English is required.
- Italian and/or German would be a bonus.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe is necessary.
