An ambitious early-stage fintech company is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to help shape and scale a business focused on retirement income through embedded finance, digital payments, and digital wallet solutions. The opportunity is based in London with travel required.
The organisation operates across pensions, payments, and fintech innovation, and has built a distinctive offering with strong potential in the market. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who can guide the company through its growth phase and strengthen its position as a scalable financial services platform.
Compensation and package
The salary range for this position is £150,000 to £180,000 per year, depending on experience. The package also includes competitive benefits, equity, and a bonus.
