Koral Kinetics is looking for an experienced Chapatti Production Operator to support its food manufacturing operations in Coimbatore. The role focuses on preparing chapattis to consistent standards while supporting smooth production flow, hygiene, and food safety.

Role Overview

This position requires practical experience in chapatti preparation and food production. The selected candidate will help maintain product consistency, meet output goals, and uphold cleanliness and safety across the production area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare chapattis while following hygiene and quality requirements.
• Use chapatti-making machines and any related equipment, wherever applicable.
• Keep the product uniform in size, texture, and overall finish.
• Maintain a clean production environment and follow food safety practices.
• Track raw material consumption and reduce unnecessary waste.
• Work according to the production plan and meet daily output expectations.
• Support packing and handling of finished goods when needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in chapatti production or a similar food manufacturing setup.
• Working knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a production-floor environment.
• A strong sense of accountability and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Candidates with hearing and speech disabilities are encouraged to apply, provided they have the required experience.
