Cashier-Operator - Regions

About the role

Bank of Georgia is looking for a Cashier-Operator to join its retail branch network management team in the regions of Vani, Ambrolauri, and Marneuli. What you will do

• Provide customers with fast, high-quality, and professional service based on their needs.
• Carry out a range of banking operations, including currency exchange, cash inflow and outflow transactions, cash transfers, and sending/receiving remittances.
• Offer customers appropriate guidance, present banking products tailored to their needs, and support the sales process.

Candidate profile

The bank is seeking applicants with a higher education background, preferably in economics, banking, or technical disciplines. Previous experience in service and/or sales is preferred. Strong office software skills, customer service orientation, effective communication, sales ability, attention to detail, logical thinking, organization, quick execution, and good memory are all important for success in this role.

Language requirements

Fluency in Georgian is required. Knowledge of Russian and English is preferred.
