About the role

Join Deloitte India’s Talent Acquisition function and help shape hiring outcomes for the business. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and hiring teams to support end-to-end recruitment, improve candidate experience, and contribute to talent decisions that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and spot opportunities to improve experience and talent outcomes.
  • Protect process confidentiality and ensure compliance throughout recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and selection parameters.
  • Source candidates through digital channels, professional networks, and social platforms to strengthen both active and passive pipelines.
