Role overview
We are looking for a VIP/Executive Butler to deliver highly personalised support to executives, VIPs, or private households. The role focuses on keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly while upholding exceptional standards of hospitality, discretion, etiquette, and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Offer professional butler and concierge support to executives, VIP guests, and other visitors.
- Manage daily calendars, appointments, and personal service requests.
- Receive and assist guests in line with premium hospitality expectations.
- Oversee housekeeping standards so rooms and spaces remain clean and well presented.
- Handle wardrobe management, including packing, unpacking, and organising garments when needed.
- Coordinate dining service, table setup, and proper dining etiquette.
- Arrange local and international travel, hotel bookings, and transport.
- Work with vendors, maintenance teams, and other service providers as needed.
- Track household or executive office inventory and ensure supplies are replenished.
- Help organise meetings, private gatherings, and VIP events.
- Protect valuable belongings, artwork, furniture, and other luxury assets with care.
- Keep all personal, financial, and business information strictly confidential.
- Prepare daily updates covering completed tasks and outstanding requests.
- Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies or urgent needs.
- Follow company rules, health and safety standards, and security procedures at all times.
Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A professional butler certification, such as from the British Butler Institute or an equivalent body, is preferred. Additional training in luxury hospitality will be considered an advantage.
Applicants should have 5 to 10 years of experience working as a Butler, Executive Butler, VIP Butler, or in luxury hospitality. Experience in private homes, royal households, high-end hotels, or executive offices is strongly preferred. UAE or GCC experience will be an added advantage.
Skills and competencies
Success in this role requires strong people skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards and international etiquette. You should be highly organised, professional, discreet, and able to anticipate client needs before they are expressed. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, grooming, and presentation skills are essential. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling tools is also needed.
Working conditions
The position involves flexible working hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. You will interact frequently with senior executives, VIPs, and international guests in a fast-moving, service-led environment. Travel with the principal may be required from time to time.
Physical expectations
The role requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods, carry light luggage or household items when necessary, and maintain strong physical stamina and mobility. A polished professional appearance and consistent grooming are required throughout.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
