Role Overview
CorDx is hiring a Business Project Manager in Singapore to lead and coordinate business-critical projects from early planning stages through execution and commercial rollout.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives end to end, covering planning, implementation, and commercialization.
- Lead new product launch work, including regulatory alignment, launch scheduling, packaging coordination, and sales enablement readiness.
- Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to keep deliverables on track.
- Assist with OEM projects, onboarding of new distributors, and strategic business development activities.
- Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Draft project reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
- Help build and refine project management workflows, SOPs, KPI dashboards, and documentation standards.
- Set up project meetings, maintain records, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Spot project risks early and propose practical solutions to support successful delivery.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or business operations, ideally in medical devices, IVD, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders at once.
- Exposure to product launch workflows and regulatory coordination would be an advantage.
- Strong skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving.
- Comfortable handling several projects at the same time in a fast-moving environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
