About the role

This position sits within Bayer’s Consumer Health division and focuses on field-based business growth in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The role is centered on building strong healthcare professional relationships, driving product promotion, and supporting sales execution while staying aligned with company standards and local compliance requirements.

What you will do

  • Promote assigned Bayer products to healthcare professionals and related stakeholders so sales goals for the territory are achieved or exceeded.
  • Carry out customer engagement work in clinics and through other assigned promotional activities, with an emphasis on patient-focused interactions that strengthen customer relationships.
  • Deliver against targets for sales, volume, growth, market share, and product listings for the assigned brands.
  • Plan and execute healthcare professional engagements in line with MCCP, using content tailored to the needs and priorities of each audience.
  • Record customer engagement activities in Veeva CRM and use the platform’s tools to improve interaction quality and customer experience.
  • Track competitor movement and share market insights with managers and other leadership stakeholders to support timely counter-actions.
  • Arrange and coordinate scientific updates such as CMEs and scientific meetings for healthcare professional groups, following the agreed marketing approach.
  • Continuously strengthen your knowledge of medical and clinical developments, brand direction, competition, and standard platforms to remain effective in the field.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, provide feedback on MCCP strategies and tactics, and help identify fresh business opportunities.
  • Follow all applicable local regulations, industry standards, company policies, and the code of conduct.
  • Handle distribution-related tasks including collecting SSRs, consolidating primary and secondary sales data, obtaining distributor orders, respecting the sales credit policy, and ensuring phased distribution so that 40% of the monthly target is completed by the 15th of each month.
