Role Overview
This position is for a Business Development professional based in Berlin, Germany. The role focuses on supporting e-commerce growth in sneaker or merchandise operations, with an emphasis on market understanding, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven problem solving.
Mandatory Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
- More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce merchant operations, specifically in sneaker or merchandise operations.
- Strong understanding of sneaker brand patterns, operating models, and business approaches within the e-commerce sector.
- Ability to identify issues in the e-commerce business and drive practical solutions and improvements.
- Good knowledge of industry conditions and emerging trends, including industrial zones, channel distribution, best-selling merchandise, and consumer structure and behavior.
- Strong awareness of market, product, and customer trend changes.
- Highly data-oriented, with solid logical reasoning and the ability to use data analysis tools effectively to uncover business issues.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across departments, along with a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Language Requirement
Chinese language ability is an advantage. English is required as the working language for Europe and the United States.
Location
The position is intended for candidates based in Germany or elsewhere in Europe.
