Role Overview

The organization is seeking a highly driven Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to expand its global host partner network. The position centers on winning new partnerships, managing important accounts, and developing trusted relationships with senior contacts, while coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with host partners and key decision-makers.
• Research prospects, reach out to potential partners, and follow up to convert new business opportunities.
• Conduct partnership presentations, meetings, and onboarding activities, including agreement-related coordination.
• Act as a polished and professional representative of RMC Asia during external interactions.
• Work with internal teams to support a seamless partner journey and keep activity records accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Background in business development, partnerships, sales, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
• Comfort using LinkedIn and other digital outreach tools.
• Experience in international markets or the hospitality sector is an added advantage.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time remote role with working days from Monday to Friday.
