Role Overview
eSIMo is hiring a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to support growth across the GCC region. This role is best suited to an Arabic-speaking professional with strong sales and business development capabilities, a solid history of winning deals, and the ability to create and nurture long-term strategic partnerships.
The position involves finding new revenue streams, growing eSIMo’s partner network, and building relationships with corporate customers, travel businesses, telecom operators, affiliates, resellers, and other important distribution partners across the GCC. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, the manager will help deliver regional growth plans, increase revenue, and expand the company’s footprint across the Middle East. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to positioning eSIMo as a leading global connectivity and communication platform in the region.
Qualifications
Applicants should be fluent in Arabic and fully proficient in English. A background in sales, business development, and partnership management is required, along with a strong record of closing deals and contributing to revenue growth. The role also calls for excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Candidates must be able to spot and develop business opportunities throughout GCC countries. At least 2 years of experience managing strategic partnerships and closing B2B deals is expected. A strong existing network of business contacts in the GCC is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate should be self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Experience in telecommunications, travel, technology, or similar sectors will be considered a strong plus.
