Role overview

Global Software Solutions Group (GSS) is hiring an accomplished Business Development Manager who already has a strong network and active client connections in the UAE/GCC outsourcing and IT staffing market. This role is fully focused on hunting new business, with the expectation that you will use your established enterprise relationships to build an immediate sales pipeline and help speed up revenue growth for GSS’s Outsourcing business.

The company is looking for an independent, well-connected professional who can open new accounts and introduce GSS to senior decision-makers that the business does not currently reach. The ideal profile is a senior business development leader with a reputation and track record similar to top relationship managers at leading UAE financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Use your existing relationships across enterprises, banks, and FinTech companies in the UAE and GCC to create qualified outsourcing opportunities from the outset.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of IT outsourcing and staffing deals, including ODC models, resource augmentation, and managed services.
  • Lead senior-level client discussions, position GSS’s outsourcing offering, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Prepare customised proposals, rate cards, and commercial offers in coordination with delivery and operations teams.
  • Spot new industries and market segments where GSS can expand its outsourcing services beyond the current client base.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking sessions to strengthen brand presence.
  • Work closely with delivery leaders to ensure a smooth handover from business development to execution.
  • Achieve agreed revenue and pipeline goals within the first 6 months, with quarterly checkpoints.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales within IT outsourcing, staffing, or managed services.
  • Established, active relationships with enterprise clients and decision-makers in the UAE, independent of GSS’s current network.
