Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join an EdTech business. The role focuses on building and managing student batches for the courses offered, with full support from the internal team for course content, posters, and related details.

Core Responsibilities

• Set up and manage student batches for the assigned courses.
• Work from the course information and other inputs shared by the team.
• Use the provided posters, content, and course details to support outreach and conversion.
• Work toward enrolling 15 to 30 students in each course.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully online position and can be performed from home from any location.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience in an EdTech company.
• A demonstrated history of generating and converting high-quality leads.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with negotiation skills.
• A driven, target-focused approach to work.
• Familiarity with the digital learning and online education space.
