Role Overview
Techindika is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to support expansion of its ERP and AI implementation offerings across Odisha. This position is based in Bhubaneswar and involves active field engagement with businesses in the region.
What the Role Involves
This is a customer-facing, on-the-ground role for someone who is energized by meeting business leaders, learning how their operations work, and converting those discussions into real business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect MSMEs, manufacturers, and expanding businesses throughout Odisha.
- Visit clients in person and conduct discovery discussions with key decision-makers.
- Assess requirements and create a strong opportunity pipeline for the technical delivery team.
- Maintain client relationships and represent Techindika at industry gatherings and association events.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or IT services sales.
- Experience with a Tally, Zoho, SAP, or IT systems integration partner is highly desirable.
- Ability to confidently discuss business software and technology at an introductory level.
- A strong business network within Odisha’s manufacturing and trading ecosystem.
- Comfort with field visits, ownership of targets, and working independently.
Location and Work Style
This is an onsite role in Bhubaneswar, with travel required across Odisha.
Compensation
The package includes a competitive fixed salary along with attractive performance-based incentives.
