Role overview
BSI is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join its sales team in Saudi Arabia. This field-based role is centered on growing new business revenue within a defined territory and contributing directly to the company’s sales and revenue objectives.
The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and follows a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, working Sunday through Thursday.

Key responsibilities
- Meet personal sales targets aligned with the allocated budget for certification and training sales.
- Handle and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com.
- Build and update market intelligence on trends to support strategic business decisions.
- Identify, shape, and recommend new initiatives that support growth in local markets.
- Develop and maintain competitor intelligence to keep the business informed about market activity.
- Maintain a database of top clients and support a customer care programme for priority accounts.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong commercial awareness. The role also calls for the ability to work with complex financial information, excellent presentation and communication skills, and solid Microsoft Office capability.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Experience in management system certification is preferred, and prior training sales experience will be an advantage.
Working conditions
This is a full-time, field-based role in Riyadh. The working week runs from Sunday to Thursday, with a 40-hour weekly schedule.
