Role Summary
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Business Development Manager to help grow Valetax’s client network and build strategic partnerships in global financial markets. The position is centered on finding new business prospects, converting them into qualified opportunities, and supporting the company’s broader growth objectives.
What You'll Do
- Identify and assess new commercial opportunities that can expand the client base.
- Design and put into action growth plans that support business expansion.
- Develop strong working relationships with retail and institutional clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to sharpen the value proposition.
- Create and present presentations to prospects and partners.
- Assist with client onboarding while following applicable regulatory requirements.
- Track market movement, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales strategy.
- Prepare regular updates on sales results, pipeline progress, and projected revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep business goals and execution aligned.
Requirements
- Proven ability in business development and sales, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Background in financial services or trading, with familiarity with forex, CFDs, and leveraged instruments.
- Capability in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning for growth.
- Comfort using CRM systems, sales reports, and data to guide decisions.
- Strong spoken and written English communication, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is expected; higher qualifications such as an MBA or professional certifications are beneficial.
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations in international financial markets is an advantage.
- Additional languages can be useful for communicating with clients across different regions.
