About the Company
Bookingjini is a hospitality technology SaaS company based in Bhubaneswar. It helps hotels and resorts manage bookings, distribution, and revenue more effectively. With products such as a booking engine, channel manager, PMS, and guest experience tools, the company supports more than 3,000 properties across India in generating more direct bookings and lowering dependence on third-party OTAs.
Role Summary
This position is suited to an energetic, goal-focused professional who wants to build a career in B2B SaaS sales. The role offers practical exposure, training, and mentoring for someone at an early stage of their career. Strong communication skills, confidence in interacting with people, and an interest in closing business will be important for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective hotel partners using phone calls, email outreach, and in-person visits.
- Arrange product demonstrations and support presentations for potential clients.
- Track leads, follow up consistently, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Create and sustain strong working relationships with hotel owners and key decision-makers.
- Work toward monthly sales goals with support from senior colleagues.
- Maintain the CRM with complete and accurate details on leads and activities.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar area; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a focus on targets.
- Comfort with fieldwork and regular travel.
- A background in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- Interest in the hotel, travel, or SaaS sector will be beneficial.
