Role Overview
FlexiFunnels is hiring a Business Development Executive for inside sales at its Dehradun office. The company is a rapidly expanding software business with 15,000+ users acquired over the past 3.5 years, growing at around 12% every month, and operating without external funding. It offers an advanced funnel-building platform with specialized features not available on a single competing platform. The organization has a team of 82 people and is in a strong expansion phase, with expectations of 150% growth this year.
The ideal candidate will be a results-focused sales professional who enjoys converting leads, closing deals, generating revenue, and working toward ambitious targets.
Experience & Location
This role is based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand and requires onsite work. Candidates should have 1 to 4 years of experience, preferably in edtech sales, SaaS sales, or service sales.
Compensation
The position offers a fixed annual salary in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 5,40,000, along with incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess leads through phone conversations, outbound prospecting, and responses to incoming inquiries.
- Make a large number of daily calls to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.
- Manage the full sales journey from initial contact through demo, follow-up, and final closure.
- Present product demos and sales pitches to potential customers.
- Meet and outperform weekly and monthly revenue goals consistently.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM systems and keep records updated.
- Turn qualified prospects into paying customers and contribute directly to revenue growth.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to close sales.
- Address objections confidently and negotiate effectively to improve conversion rates.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to improve closure probability.
- Work with marketing teams to strengthen lead quality and improve conversion flow.
- Monitor daily activity, conversion outcomes, and revenue performance.
- Refine scripts, sales approaches, and pitch quality using performance insights.
