The Opportunity

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for keeping the company’s products highly visible, consistently available, and positioned to deliver strong customer experiences. The role focuses on identifying new commercial opportunities, building stronger partnerships, and growing business within your assigned territory.

This is a dynamic field sales position that involves travelling each day across Broome to service and support customers. If you are commercially minded, motivated by results, and enjoy working directly in the market, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful contribution. The role also includes overnight travel once a month to Fitzroy Crossing/Looma Community.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement plans that help deliver sales targets.

  • Track competitor actions and customer behaviour to generate insights that improve decision-making in the market.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to support product availability and the success of promotional activity.
  • Provide regular updates on sales results, opportunities, and market intelligence.
