About the Company
The Culture Capsule is a Mumbai-based creative marketing and production studio that works across branding, storytelling, social media, films, and digital content rooted in culture.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will support lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and help convert prospects into clients. The role involves direct outreach, lead nurturing, client interaction, and coordination through the onboarding stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Build new business opportunities through cold calling and email outreach.
- Respond to and manage incoming leads generated from advertisements and the website.
- Keep Zoho CRM updated and maintain an organised lead pipeline.
- Track prospects with timely follow-ups and ongoing lead nurturing.
- Participate in client meetings and deliver presentations as needed.
- Assist with client conversion and onboarding activities.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to any graduate.
Compensation
The offered package is INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,60,000 per year.
