Role Overview

The company is hiring a full-time Business Analyst for its Technology team in Nairobi, Kenya. This role focuses on understanding how the organisation works, mapping business processes, and aligning them with technology, especially within the current ERP environment. The selected candidate will partner with stakeholders to define business needs and help turn them into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the organisation during the upgrade and rollout of the new ERP platform.
• Review current workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and improve them in the new ERP setup.
• Take part in user acceptance testing and share observations with solution providers.
• Serve as a business representative for the ERP and promote adoption across the group to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive improvements by assessing daily ERP-related processes and suggesting enhancements where needed.
• Assist with building reports and dashboards using the ERP and other relevant data sources.
• Work with senior leadership to understand data needs and identify indicators and analytical tools that support commercial decision-making and performance tracking.
• Collect, clarify, and document detailed business requirements using suitable methods and tools.
• Examine complex business data, track key performance indicators, and interpret performance trends.
• Develop dashboards, graphs, and data visualisations.
• Prepare and present clear reports and presentations for senior management.
• Coordinate with multiple IT service partners and subcontractors.
• Contribute input on project management, bids, and business plans.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, disruptive solutions, and agile practices.
• Provide first- and second-line support to end users.
• Deliver systems training to users.
• Support software quality and security audit activities.
• Report activities accurately and clearly.
• Handle other reasonable duties assigned to the role.

Candidate Profile
