Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in ERP-based logistics and supply chain environments. This position is focused on reviewing business needs, improving operational workflows, and contributing to ERP rollout and enhancement efforts across international business operations.

Location and Work Arrangement

The role is based remotely in New Jersey, USA. Some travel will be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide support for ERP tools used in logistics and supply chain activities.
• Work with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Odoo.
• Handle support for modules including MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM, TM, and LE.
• Partner with business and technical teams to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
• Assist with ERP integrations, testing cycles, training sessions, and end-user support.
• Contribute to supply chain planning projects using systems like SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, or O9.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP logistics and supply chain settings.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, procurement, and distribution operations.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA and other ERP platforms.
• Strong abilities in analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Understanding of ERP integrations and methods to improve business processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP Fiori, AI-driven ERP solutions, and advanced supply chain planning platforms will be an added advantage.

Additional Information

The role requires occasional travel.
