The role sits within the Strategy and Technology Delivery function and works closely with Programme Managers and cross-functional teams to improve and modernise global systems.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges across multiple countries and operational areas. It calls for a person who can connect business priorities with technology solutions and turn ideas into practical improvements that create measurable impact.

What you will do

You will act as the link between business objectives and technical delivery, helping shape solutions that drive meaningful change. Your work will include analysing current and future processes, uncovering inefficiencies, and building clear ROI-focused business cases.

The role requires hands-on involvement throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design through implementation. You will use process mapping, data modelling, BPMN 2.0, and evolving AI-related ideas to support innovation, while also working with digital engineering teams and coordinating end-user training to ensure smooth rollout and high service standards.

Experience and expertise

The business is looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong execution skills and a genuine interest in delivering excellent outcomes. A solid background of more than five years in a relevant retail or enterprise environment is required, along with practical knowledge of large-scale systems across Food, Operations, HR, and Finance.

Strong capability with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Miro is expected. You should also bring the confidence to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders, work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
