Role overview

The company is hiring a Business Analyst for its Maidenhead office in the UK. This role sits within a growing data and analytics environment and is focused on Revenue Growth Management and commercial decision support.

What you will do

  • Turn Revenue Growth Management and sales requirements into well-defined analytical briefs, KPIs and functional specifications.
  • Develop, improve and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models that support pricing, promotion and assortment decisions.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to connect analytics outputs with the Databricks Data Lakehouse.
  • Collaborate with teams in Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations across multiple markets to convert data into practical business actions.
  • Check data quality and accuracy, validate solutions and help users adopt the tools in an international setting.
  • Support wider commercial and performance analytics work as the function continues to scale.

What the company is looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics or a similar role, ideally in FMCG, consumer healthcare, retail or another fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong practical experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, dashboard creation and effective visual design.
  • Good grasp of Revenue Growth Management, sales analytics and commercial performance indicators.
  • Experience working across functions and markets with senior stakeholders in Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations and IT.
  • Solid knowledge of data modelling concepts, Power Query and data governance, plus hands-on ability with Databricks and SQL.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Why this role stands out

  • The role offers the chance to make a direct commercial difference by shaping Revenue Growth Management analytics in an international consumer healthcare business.
  • You will work daily with modern tools such as Power BI and Databricks within a scalable data and analytics setup.
  • The position gives exposure to decision-making across 90 markets by partnering with commercial teams on pricing, promotion and portfolio actions.
  • It offers strong career progression in a fast-growing, KKR-backed organisation with international exposure and development opportunities.
  • There is flexibility in the working arrangement, including a hybrid setup with the office as the primary workplace and support for work-life balance.
  • The environment is collaborative, positive and international, with challenging projects that have visible business impact.
  • The company combines the energy of a start-up with the stability and values of a large global organisation.

Diversity and inclusion

Karo Healthcare promotes an inclusive workplace and considers applicants regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, religion, nationality, disability or age.
