About the Role

Child Development Schools and its local affiliate organizations are hiring a Bus Driver for their early childhood education setting in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This position supports the safe movement of children between home and the facility, and may also include classroom support in a teaching capacity. The organization serves children from six weeks to twelve years old across 11 states and emphasizes a culture built on innovation, integrity, and teamwork.

Schedule

This role includes a split shift, running from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and again from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Candidates who prefer full-time hours may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duty is to transport children safely to and from the center. When needed, the role may also involve assisting in a classroom environment, helping create a caring and supportive atmosphere, planning age-appropriate activities, and maintaining positive communication with parents.
