Role Overview
Monk Creatives, operating as The Roots Company, is hiring a BPO Executive to support customer communication and operational coordination for a multi-language client environment. This on-site role in Chennai requires working the US shift from 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound conversations through phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Keep customer interaction logs and transaction records accurate and up to date.
- Support workflow handling and contribute to fast and effective resolution of client concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to assist sales and service-related operations.
- Prepare regular daily and weekly updates on engagement activity and issue closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a busy US-shift work setting.
- Previous exposure to BPO or customer service work is preferred.
- Must be available to work on-site in Chennai.
