Key duties

You will be responsible for keeping financial records accurate and up to date, handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and assisting with reporting and administrative support for the wider management team.

Required experience and skills

The ideal candidate has solid bookkeeping experience, with retail or hospitality exposure considered an advantage. Confidence using accounting systems and Excel is important, and strong accuracy, organisation, and the ability to work independently are essential. A proactive attitude and a collaborative mindset are also valued.

Tools and systems

Experience with Sage or Xero is preferred, though not mandatory.

Working pattern

This is a part-time onsite position with working hours of 20 to 30 hours per week.
