Role overview
We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a center-based ABA setting in Warner Robins, Georgia. This position is designed for clinicians who want steady support, a collaborative team, and the ability to focus on meaningful client outcomes without an overload of billable expectations.
The organization partners with families through a structured, team-oriented model in which BCBAs and RBTs work closely together. The emphasis is on strong clinical standards, thoughtful supervision, and sustainable caseload management rather than volume alone.

Key responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and refine treatment plans and clinical programs for assigned clients.
- Supervise, coach, and support RBTs and other direct care staff.
- Partner with families and caregivers to promote long-term client progress.
- Track client outcomes, review data, and update interventions as needed.
- Take part in ongoing learning and professional development.
- Help maintain a positive, team-first clinical environment.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- A master’s degree in psychology, ABA, or a closely related field is required.
- Strong clinical knowledge in skill acquisition and behavior reduction is important.
- Experience supervising RBTs or direct care staff is expected.
- A commitment to high-quality care and better client outcomes is essential.
Benefits and compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000 per year. Additional benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, CEU reimbursement with extra CEU days, paid time off, holidays, and work-from-home days as part of the schedule.
Additional information
This is a full-time onsite role in Warner Robins, GA. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours. The employer may conduct background checks with candidate authorization, subject to applicable law.
