Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
• Provide training and coaching to team members, adhering to brand standards.
• Prepare high-quality coffee and award-winning food items.
• Maintain and drive high operational standards consistently.
• Support the management team in the day-to-day operations of the bakery.
• Optimize team member placement based on their strengths to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and nourish a team.
• Passion for driving high standards in service and product quality.
• Willingness to assist management with bakery operations.
• Ability to identify and leverage team members' strengths.
