About the Role

Clutch is hiring an Auto Body Estimator for its reconditioning facility team in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will support accurate repair estimating, efficient repair scheduling, and smooth communication between repair shops and internal teams so vehicles are processed and delivered on time.

The shift runs Monday to Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM and includes a shift premium of $1.50 per hour.

Key Duties

• Assess damage photos and help prepare repair cost estimates, with performance measured by estimate accuracy, volume, and turnaround speed.
• Liaise with repair shops to gather quotes, pricing details, and service information.
• Arrange repair appointments for vehicles that need to be sent to outside facilities.
• Compile and manage invoices related to repair work.
• Answer calls and emails from management with updates on scheduling and repair progress.
• Support a high-volume workflow involving estimates and appointment coordination in a fast-moving environment.
• Keep records of estimates, appointments, and communications well organized and up to date.
• Follow up with repair vendors and internal stakeholders to help ensure deadlines are met.
• Spot and resolve mismatches or communication breakdowns between shops and management.
• Use internal tools such as email, Google Drive, and Slack to monitor and coordinate work.

What You Need

• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with managers, vendors, and internal colleagues.
• Ability to analyze and address issues related to estimates, scheduling, or invoices, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• A courteous, customer-focused approach in day-to-day communication.
• Comfort working independently while also contributing to a team-based environment.
• Proactive thinking and a willingness to improve processes and support operational efficiency.
• Readiness to work on-site in a busy reconditioning facility.
• Excellent organization, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

The base wage for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour evening shift premium.
