Description de l'emploi
Role overview
This is an opportunity to join the Audiology Department at Woodend Hospital in Aberdeen as a receptionist working 36 hours per week. The post sits in a very active setting with a substantial daily workload, so the role will suit someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable handling a busy front desk.
What the role involves
You will support the department by managing reception duties in a fast-paced environment and by dealing with service users and colleagues in a professional, reassuring, and approachable way, both face to face and over the phone.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a solid level of education, strong communication skills, and a warm, helpful approach. You should be able to work well as part of a team, while also being confident taking initiative and working independently. Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite is needed, and prior reception experience would be an advantage.
Additional information
This vacancy may be withdrawn before the stated closing date if a large number of applications are received.
