Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking an Assistant Server for Seasons Tea Lounge. The role supports the food server in delivering a smooth, polished dining experience while upholding the brand’s standards for quality, professionalism, and warm service.

What you will do
- Support food servers in creating an enjoyable, high-standard dining experience for guests.
- Clear tables quietly and efficiently, then reset them neatly and fully according to service standards.
- Carry out assigned side work as part of the food and beverage team.
- Polish silverware and replenish condiment containers as needed.
- Maintain crumbed tables and contribute to the overall presentation of the dining area.
- Work across evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays when required.
