Description de l'emploi
Role overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Artworker to turn creative ideas into polished, production-ready artwork. This position focuses on delivering accurate, compliant, and visually strong files for print, mailing, and fulfilment work, with a balance of creative thinking and technical precision.
In this role, you will produce high-quality artwork that follows brand standards and meets the exact needs of each job. The work includes structured forms, transactional documents, direct mail pieces, presentation packs, proposal materials, and large mailing campaigns. You will work closely with client-facing and production colleagues to keep projects progressing smoothly from initial concept through to final approval and print release.
The environment is fast-moving and varied, so you will need to handle multiple jobs at once, respond quickly to amendments, and make sure each file is set up correctly for print. Accuracy, speed, and clear communication are essential, especially when working on legislation-led layouts, personalised print, and high-volume variable-data projects.

- Rework creative assets across several formats, including forms, presentation decks, mail packs, and personalised print items.
- Work alongside account managers and production teams to deliver within deadlines.
What the employer is looking for
The ideal candidate will bring strong artwork experience from print, mailing, or fulfilment environments. You should be comfortable designing structured forms with a high level of accuracy and have solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience preparing artwork for large-scale print jobs and variable-data output is important, as is the ability to stay organised and effective under pressure.
You should also be a clear communicator who works well with others, takes initiative, adapts quickly to changing demands, and consistently produces work to a high standard.
