Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and production of architectural documents throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on various architectural projects.

Requirements
- Architectural Design Staff I: 0-2 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Architectural Design Staff II: Preferably 2-4 years of minimum experience.
- Possess strong communication abilities.
- Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
- Hold an accredited degree in Architecture.
- Exhibit a desire to work in a dynamic, team-focused setting.

Additional Information
In California, the standard base pay range for this position is $64,000 to $73,000 annually. This range is specific to California and may differ in other locations. The final compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. BRR's pay and benefits structure can vary based on location, the number of regularly scheduled work hours, tenure with the company, and employment status.
This is a full-time Exempt position.
