Role summary
Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar is looking for an Airport Representative to be the first friendly contact for arriving and departing guests. This position focuses on airport welcomes, transport coordination, and making sure transfers between the airport and the property run seamlessly.

What the role involves
- Welcome guests at the airport, assist with baggage, and help arrange onward transportation.
- Keep close communication with the hotel front office and transport team about guest arrival and departure timings.
- Make sure pickups and drop-offs happen accurately and on schedule.
- Track flight updates and share any delays or changes with the relevant teams.
- Support guests with check-in and check-out steps when needed.
- Respond to guest questions, share details about the property and surrounding area, and create a positive first impression.
- Work with drivers, travel agents, and other service partners to ensure smooth airport transfers.
- Maintain clear records of arrivals, departures, and transport requests.
- Deal with guest concerns professionally and escalate issues promptly to management.
- Act as a professional ambassador for the hotel and brand at all times.
What we are looking for
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; a hospitality management degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a comparable position within hospitality, tourism, or the airline industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good coordination and planning skills.
- A polished, guest-focused, and service-minded approach.
- Comfortable using English fluently; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to work varied schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Understanding of airport procedures and local transportation options.
Additional information
This is a full-time onsite role based in Doha, Qatar. The employer is seeking someone who can represent the hotel positively, support smooth guest movement, and maintain a high standard of service throughout the airport transfer process.
