Role overview

Wagners is looking for an experienced agitator truck operator to work from the Narangba base in Queensland. This is a hands-on driving role focused on safe truck operation, timely concrete deliveries, and maintaining high service standards at customer sites.

What you will do

• Carry out daily safety and equipment checks before operating the agitator truck.
• Transport and deliver concrete to job sites and customer locations.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Complete essential paperwork and delivery records accurately.
• Keep the truck tidy and handle routine housekeeping tasks.

Working arrangements

• Full-time position based in Narangba, Queensland.
• Work is primarily Monday to Friday, with Saturdays required when needed.
• Compensation includes an hourly rate with the opportunity for overtime.

What you will need

• A current HR licence or higher.
• Proven experience operating large trucks, ideally 20 tonnes or above, on different road and surface conditions.
• Practical experience with work diaries, delivery dockets, and day sheet administration.
• A strong focus on safety and following safe work practices.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screening requirements.

Additional requirements

• Blue/White construction card is preferred; support may be available to obtain it.
• Pre-employment checks include drug and alcohol screening, medical assessment, police check, and traffic history report.
• Applicants must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• This role does not offer sponsorship.
