Key responsibilities

- Serve as the main technical liaison between Hanwha Vision’s engineering organization and large consulting firms to keep alignment clear and ongoing.
- Visit consultant offices in person and attend important industry events to build trusted working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support system design discussions for major enterprise, landmark, and infrastructure projects in the Kingdom, including field-of-view design support for MOI consultants.
- Deliver technical training on Hanwha A&E design tools, BIM plug-ins, and hardware selection so that the brand is naturally incorporated into project specifications.
- Increase visibility of the technical proposition by running CPD/BICSI CEC sessions and helping organize annual summit-style events.
- Address challenging installation, structural, and integration design issues using practical field knowledge and advanced surveillance design approaches.
- Work with regional international teams to assist end users who are expanding investments outside the local market.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to develop tailored AI business models that extend intelligent CCTV use beyond security into operational applications.
- Coordinate brand approval workflows with regional Sales and BDM teams to help specified opportunities move through to closed business.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical field is required.
- At least 7 years of technical experience in the security, ELV, and smart surveillance sectors.
- Hands-on professional experience in Saudi Arabia, along with an established network of Tier-1 and Tier-2 consultants across the UAE, Egypt, and KSA.
- Strong capability in resolving complex engineering concerns, including camera placement, DORI compliance, network loading, and software integration.
- Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Excellent presentation skills for workshops, CPD sessions, and executive-level briefings.
