Adventure Guide / Team Leader

Role Overview

This position is for an enthusiastic and skilled adventure guide who can lead outdoor experiences for groups while keeping safety, organization, and guest satisfaction at the center of every activity. The role involves hands-on leadership across trekking, rock climbing, camping, and similar experiences, along with delivering interesting local insights that enrich the journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support groups during adventure-based activities such as trekking, rock climbing, and camping.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures, while staying prepared to respond to emergencies.
• Share useful information about the region’s plants, animals, and landscape.
• Handle group behavior smoothly and adapt quickly when plans or conditions change.
• Check equipment routinely and make sure it remains in safe, working condition.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience guiding adventure tours or similar outdoor activities.
• Good working knowledge of local terrain and safety practices.
• Certification in first aid and rescue.
• Strong verbal communication and people-handling skills.
• Good physical stamina and fitness.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Current first aid and CPR certification.
• Adventure sports certifications.
• English fluency is required; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• A clean driving license.
