What you'll do
- Keep calendars updated and help manage scheduling across the team.
- Organize and maintain digital records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare routine reports and keep basic operational information up to date.

- Handle customer questions and route inquiries in a professional manner.
- Track simple financial details such as expenses, invoices, and reconciliation support.
