Description de l'emploi
About the Role
Netflix is a global entertainment company serving more than 300 million paid memberships across over 190 countries. Its members enjoy a wide range of films, TV series, and games in many languages and genres, with the flexibility to watch on their own schedule and change plans whenever they choose.
As the company continues to expand in Southeast Asia, this role is looking for a seasoned administrative professional to support executive leaders in Singapore across the Southeast Asia Content team and the Content Programming Strategy & Operations (CPS&O) function. CPS&O drives the analytical and strategic work behind content programming decisions, including content acquisition and original content choices. The position involves working in a high-velocity environment and partnering with internal stakeholders and external collaborators across multiple countries and time zones in Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, quick to respond, adaptable, and able to manage several varied priorities at once while staying exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. Curiosity, strong initiative, and sound judgment are essential to success in this role and within Netflix more broadly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complex calendar coordination for several executives, arranging internal and external meetings across Southeast Asia and resolving conflicts that span multiple time zones and planning horizons extending weeks or months ahead.
- Manage all aspects of business travel, including regional and international bookings, detailed itinerary planning, passport and visa organization, awareness of travel limitations in the region, and accurate processing of travel and expense claims.
- Support finance and operations tasks by creating purchase orders, monitoring vendor payments, preparing initial versions of contracts and sponsorship agreements for review, tracking team budgets and Anaplan allocations, and maintaining project logs for regional work.
- Coordinate internal events, team-building activities, and large cross-functional offsites throughout Southeast Asia in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
- Oversee high-volume communication, organize incoming and outgoing materials, and prepare presentation decks for both internal and external regional audiences.
- Build strong working relationships with administrative partners across different Southeast Asian markets and operate independently, including remotely from executives when needed, to help the SEA Content team work efficiently and deliver strong output.
Requirements
- At least 7-8+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant supporting directors, senior leaders, or fast-moving teams in demanding environments.
- Background in technology, entertainment, or another fast-scaling multinational organization, preferably with exposure to cross-regional markets.
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Groups, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Chat, along with enterprise collaboration tools like Slack and Workday.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational ability, with comfort working in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing setting.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and work independently, including in situations where direct guidance is limited.
- Willingness to learn and thrive in Netflix’s culture.
