Adhoc Security Officer - Pharmaceutical Site

Job Summary

This role is for vigilant and dependable Adhoc Security Officers to support safety operations at a pharmaceutical facility on an as-needed or temporary basis. The position focuses on protecting the site, managing entry points, and ensuring compliance with the strict security and regulatory expectations common in pharmaceutical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and incoming deliveries.
• Check identification, permits, and authorization details before allowing entry.
• Carry out screening checks on people, bags, and vehicles whenever required.
• Patrol the property to identify unauthorized activity or potential safety concerns.
• Observe CCTV feeds and alarm systems.
• Protect restricted spaces including laboratories, storage areas, and production sections.
• Apply site rules, safety procedures, and compliance requirements such as GMP-related standards.
• Handle incidents, emergencies, or security breaches and escalate issues when needed.
• Support evacuation activities, fire drills, and emergency response efforts.
• Keep clear logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Offer courteous and professional support to staff and visitors.
