About The Role
James Wattie Retirement Village in Hawkes Bay is seeking a creative and caring individual to join their team as an Activity and Lifestyle Coordinator. This full-time, onsite position involves working Sunday to Thursday from 09:30 to 16:00 in the Special Care Unit. The role focuses on delivering engaging recreational, diversional, social, and craft activities to promote the happiness, well-being, and quality of life for residents. You will collaborate closely with and support your colleagues.
About You
To excel in this supportive and nurturing environment, you will possess strong empathy, outstanding communication skills, and a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. While experience in aged care is advantageous, it is not essential. Ryman Healthcare values diversity and encourages all individuals to apply.
