Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports and keep accounting records up to date.
  • Review budget-to-actual variances and create presentations for management.
  • Support the preparation of the company’s annual budget.
  • Carry out reconciliations for bank, employee, and other accounts.
  • Handle VAT compliance activities and ensure returns are submitted on time.
  • Manage receivables by issuing SOAs, tracking collections, and maintaining precise transaction records.

  • Compile schedules and backup documentation for interim and year-end audits.
  • Follow internal controls, company procedures, and authority delegation guidelines.

Requirements

  • B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter qualification.
  • Strong grounding in accounting with solid analytical and troubleshooting ability.
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
